The LOCTITE EQ RB40 500D Benchtop Robot has a 500 x 500 x 100 mm range of operation (X,Y,Z) and has features and accessories that are custom tailored for adhesive dispensing processes. This low-cost unit is fully compliant with RIA (Robotic Industry Association) safety guidelines. Programming accessories, dispensing equipment, integration cables and mounting hardware are sold separately. This low-cost benchtop robot has 3-axis control and 120 VAC or 220 VAC operation with a 24 VDC output signal
Application
In combination with tried and tested LOCTITE dispensing equipment, the Benchtop Robots provide maximum flexibility for complex dispensing applications. Manually loaded, they allow users to repeatedly and reliably dispense dots, beads and potting deposits. Suitable valves and syringes can be easily connected to the Benchtop Robots
